Good fit and support

These shoes have zinc in the straps. They cause a horrible allergic reaction on the tops of my feet and I was unable to wear them.

Hi Annelies, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review.

We are so sorry to hear about the allergic reaction you experienced with the Amber Adjustable Sandal. We truly apologies for any discomfort this has caused. Please rest assured that we are taking this very seriously and are working on adding an allergens section to our product pages to avoid this happening again. For now, in the future I would recommend contacting our Customer Service team who would be able to give you more in-depth information about the shoes pre-purchase.

We do offer a hassle-free 30-day free return policy that includes a comfort guarantee. You are more than welcome to take advantage of this policy to return the shoes for a refund.
Please reach out to our customer service team info@vionicshoes.com.au including your order number and we are more than happy to assist you with arranging this.
